The New iPhone SE 2020 is only $399
Finally it's here! Apple used the same strategy as they did back in 2016 with the original SE - being that they re-used the chassis from the previous iPhone 5s.

Apple did it again this year with the exact same chassis as the iPhone 8. Rumors originally had it that they might release a plus size version of this, but that doesn't look the case with this model. The best part about it, is Apple finally showed that they can release a quality phone for a budget price! For the last 6 years Apple has been doing a good job at excluding the people who really can't afford Apple products. I get it, Apple wants the exclusivity, but it's unfair to those who really benefit from their products. Be that as it may, I am impressed this year with Apple finally giving into the voice of the people, and we don't even care if its the same body as the iPhone 8 because the iPhone 8 is still more expensive than this!

What really stands out to me about this product is the fact that they chose to keep the finger print reader. Since the iPhone 8, many people thought that it was never coming back. I guess it makes a lot of sense thought because they wouldn't be able to re-use the iPhone 8 chassis for that, so they literally just slapped a new logic board into the iPhone 8 and called it the SE. Like I said, I am not mad about that AT ALL. Another interesting feature is the Dual sim capability even in the US. This can be done because it has a secondary eSIM like what is used in the Apple Watch. It's not a physical SIM card, it's a built-in encrypted key for a sort of "partition" that enables another phone number to be attached and even number-shared. This model comes in 3 sizes. 64, 128, 256GB.
